With 26 years of legal practice, Dr. Nilakshi Choudhury is a member of the International Council of Commercial Arbitration (The Hague) and the Supreme Court Bar Association. She has represented global corporations in ICC, SIAC and LCIA proceedings across Singapore, Copenhagen, Japan, Sweden and Dubai, and served on the Government's panel in the landmark Article 370 case. She is the author of “Winds for Change: Navigating Legal Reforms in India.”
